Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults on complex employee relations issues, including performance management and workplace conflicts
- Collaborates with business leaders to recommend actions for employee performance concerns and administer Corrective Action Plans
- Conducts internal investigations related to employee relations allegations in partnership with the ER Manager and Legal teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of equivalent experience in employee relations, HR generalist, HR business partner, or labor/employment law
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in employee relations and/or HR-related certifications
- Skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
- Deep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations
