Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consults on complex employee relations issues, including performance management and workplace conflicts
  • Collaborates with business leaders to recommend actions for employee performance concerns and administer Corrective Action Plans
  • Conducts internal investigations related to employee relations allegations in partnership with the ER Manager and Legal teams


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of equivalent experience in employee relations, HR generalist, HR business partner, or labor/employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in employee relations and/or HR-related certifications
  • Skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
  • Deep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations
