Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner responsible for managing employee relations matters and ensuring a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations policies and conflict resolution
- Independently manage employee relations cases, ensuring documentation and timely resolution
- Collaborate with Legal on cases requiring review and contribute to ER reporting efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of HR experience focused on employee relations or HR generalist responsibilities
- Experience supporting workplace investigations and managing ER cases
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- PHR certification or equivalent preferred
