Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner responsible for managing employee relations matters and ensuring a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations policies and conflict resolution
  • Independently manage employee relations cases, ensuring documentation and timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Legal on cases requiring review and contribute to ER reporting efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of HR experience focused on employee relations or HR generalist responsibilities
  • Experience supporting workplace investigations and managing ER cases
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • PHR certification or equivalent preferred
