Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workplace investigations and manage high-risk conflict resolution
  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR policies and complex medical accommodations
  • Analyze case trends and collaborate with legal and HR teams on escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience leading complex workplace investigations with limited supervision
  • Ability to support diverse teams and adapt ER strategies in a matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR practices
  • Interest in AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency within the PeopleHub
