Job Summary
A company is looking for a PeopleHub Partner, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workplace investigations and manage high-risk conflict resolution
- Provide subject matter expertise on HR policies and complex medical accommodations
- Analyze case trends and collaborate with legal and HR teams on escalations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience leading complex workplace investigations with limited supervision
- Ability to support diverse teams and adapt ER strategies in a matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR practices
- Interest in AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency within the PeopleHub
