Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Employee Relations Partner will conduct investigations into employee relations concerns, provide timely communication and reports, and assist in developing a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed investigations into employee relations issues such as harassment and discrimination
  • Provide comprehensive reports and clear communication regarding investigations
  • Support managers in developing and monitoring Performance Improvement plans
Required qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience in Employee Relations or as a Human Resource Business Partner
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (preferred)
  • Human Resources Certification such as SPHR-CP, SPHR-SCP, PHR, or aPHR (preferred)
  • Experience conducting investigations on sensitive employee relations issues
  • Knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
