Job Summary

As a strategic advisor in employee relations, the full-time Employee Relations Partner III will provide expert guidance to business leaders and HR teams, resolve complex issues, and implement positive employee relations strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Advise leaders on employee issues, aligning initiatives with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness
  • Independently resolve complex employee relations matters and conduct thorough investigations, assessing findings and recommending next steps
  • Design and deliver employee relations training to enhance leadership skills and promote consistency across the organization
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Five years of experience managing complex employee relations issues within an organization
  • Experience collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, including C-suite executives
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for enhancing employee communications and processes preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
