Job Summary

To manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, the contract Employee Relations Business Partner will conduct thorough investigations and provide legally compliant recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage employee relations cases and risk ticketing through a structured system, focusing on investigations
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee complaints and misconduct, gathering statements and interviewing witnesses
  • Engage with HR business partners and leadership to assess risk and determine appropriate actions for consistent resolution
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Employee Relations with a strong focus on investigations and case resolution
  • Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS platform
  • Deep understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance, including Title VII and FMLA
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive issues
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
