Job Summary

To support a growing correctional healthcare organization, the full-time remote Employee Relations Partner will manage complex workplace investigations, coach operational leaders through employee relations issues, and lead HR training initiatives across multiple states.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently manage employee relations matters and lead complex investigations involving various sensitive employment issues
  • Coach leaders on performance management and facilitate HR training for operational leaders to enhance leadership capabilities
  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned facilities, building trusted relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of progressive Human Resources experience, including three years managing complex employee relations matters
  • Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and coaching managers through performance management
  • Experience in multi-site operational environments, particularly in healthcare or correctional settings
  • Proficiency in facilitating training sessions and presenting to groups
