Required Qualifications
  • Experience in multi-state environments with complex compliance considerations
  • Experience integrating ER/LR workflows into HR technology environments
  • Experience building ER/LR dashboards or scorecards
  • Formal investigations training or expertise in investigative standards
  • Demonstrated ability to create structured processes and manage change effectively
