- Assess current ER/LR processes and create a delivery roadmap
- Design standardized ER/LR playbooks and processes for consistent execution
- Implement cross-functional execution and drive adoption through training and change management
Required Qualifications
- Experience in multi-state environments with complex compliance considerations
- Experience integrating ER/LR workflows into HR technology environments
- Experience building ER/LR dashboards or scorecards
- Formal investigations training or expertise in investigative standards
- Demonstrated ability to create structured processes and manage change effectively
