Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner I to provide administrative support for the Employee Relations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Process unemployment claims and coordinate hearings, along with electronic file maintenance
- Review and process designated terminations and complete standard separation agreements
- Assist with Tier 1 employee relations questions and investigations with appropriate oversight
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Office Administration
- Intermediate Level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Paramount sensitivity to employee relations matters
