Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to enhance employee morale and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate work-related problems affecting employee morale and productivity
  • Gather and analyze exit interview data to assist in strategic workforce planning and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Managers on employee engagement initiatives to improve relationships and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Three years of relevant experience in a responsible position
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Expertise in Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action requirements
