Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct impartial and objective workplace investigations of sensitive employee relations issues
- Make recommendations following investigations of policy violations or professional misconduct concerns
- Provide consultative guidance and coaching for HRBPs and other internal partners on employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8 years total experience with 3+ years in HR and Employee Relations
- Excellent judgment and knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
- Experience planning, conducting, and documenting workplace investigations
- Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
