Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct impartial and objective workplace investigations of sensitive employee relations issues
  • Make recommendations following investigations of policy violations or professional misconduct concerns
  • Provide consultative guidance and coaching for HRBPs and other internal partners on employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8 years total experience with 3+ years in HR and Employee Relations
  • Excellent judgment and knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
  • Experience planning, conducting, and documenting workplace investigations
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
