Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and resolve Tier 3 ER cases using a case management system
  • Investigate employee issues, draft documentation, and ensure fair policy application
  • Collaborate with legal advisors and HR teams while managing high volumes of service requests
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on case investigation and resolution
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French is highly preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced industries such as retail or tech
  • Familiarity with tools like Workday and ServiceNow
  • Experience in union environments or professional HR certifications is a bonus
