Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and resolve Tier 3 ER cases using a case management system
- Investigate employee issues, draft documentation, and ensure fair policy application
- Collaborate with legal advisors and HR teams while managing high volumes of service requests
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on case investigation and resolution
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French is highly preferred
- Experience in fast-paced industries such as retail or tech
- Familiarity with tools like Workday and ServiceNow
- Experience in union environments or professional HR certifications is a bonus
