Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional departments on investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Investigate and resolve high-risk employee grievances, including harassment and discrimination claims
  • Provide training and mentorship to managers on performance management and compliance with employment law
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive Employee Relations experience in a fast-growing company
  • Knowledge of ER practices, investigations, and performance management
  • Expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Experience advising on performance management practices across diverse employee populations
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying problems and developing effective solutions
