Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee relations casework, ensuring consistent policy application and accurate documentation
- Conduct exit interviews and handle low-stakes investigations, escalating complex matters as needed
- Support performance management and administer disciplinary action processes across multiple sites
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or People Operations, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Working knowledge of employee relations fundamentals, including investigations and performance management
- Ability to triage risk and apply policy consistently
- Strong operational and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and HR systems/tools
