Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations casework, ensuring consistent policy application and accurate documentation
  • Conduct exit interviews and handle low-stakes investigations, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Support performance management and administer disciplinary action processes across multiple sites
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or People Operations, preferably in a multi-site environment
  • Working knowledge of employee relations fundamentals, including investigations and performance management
  • Ability to triage risk and apply policy consistently
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and HR systems/tools
