Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into employee concerns, including harassment and discrimination allegations
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on employee relations matters
- Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee relations and workplace investigations
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable
