Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations into employee concerns, including harassment and discrimination allegations
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on employee relations matters
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee relations and workplace investigations
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable
