Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to support a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with managers and employees
• Conduct investigations and provide coaching to support employee transitions and life events
• Collaborate with HR teams on key deliverables and ongoing HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources or people management
• Previous Employee Relations experience is preferred
• Certification with SHRM or another accredited organization is advantageous
• Local to Kansas City
