- Address and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with managers and employees
- Conduct investigations and provide coaching to support employee transitions and life events
- Collaborate with HR teams on key deliverables and ongoing HR processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources or people management
- Previous Employee Relations experience is preferred
- Certification with SHRM or another accredited organization is advantageous
- Local to Kansas City
