Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to manage employee relations matters and support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for conflict resolution within assigned client groups
- Ensure timely handling of grievances, discipline, and policy interpretation requests
- Conduct investigations and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations at both federal and state levels
- Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably with a non-exempt workforce
- Experience using Workday
