Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their Employee Relations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on complex employee relations issues, including performance management and workplace conflicts
- Make recommendations to People Managers regarding employee performance concerns and administer Corrective Action Plans
- Conduct internal investigations related to employee relations allegations and track case progress using the employee relations case management system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR Business Partner, or labor/employment law
- Highly skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
- Deep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
