Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their Employee Relations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on complex employee relations issues, including performance management and workplace conflicts
• Make recommendations to People Managers regarding employee performance concerns and administer Corrective Action Plans
• Conduct internal investigations related to employee relations allegations and track case progress using the employee relations case management system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR Business Partner, or labor/employment law
• Highly skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
• Deep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
