Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with employees to address work-related issues affecting morale and productivity
  • Analyze exit interview data and collaborate with HR Managers to develop strategic workforce plans
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to enhance relationships and improve retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Minimum of three years in a responsible HR position
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving human relations issues
