Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews with employees to address work-related issues affecting morale and productivity
Analyze exit interview data and collaborate with HR Managers to develop strategic workforce plans
Assist in employee engagement initiatives to enhance relationships and improve retention

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
Minimum of three years in a responsible HR position
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in analyzing and resolving human relations issues
