Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with employees to address work-related issues affecting morale and productivity
- Analyze exit interview data and collaborate with HR Managers to develop strategic workforce plans
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to enhance relationships and improve retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
- Minimum of three years in a responsible HR position
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in analyzing and resolving human relations issues
