Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner to manage complex employee matters during a phase of hypergrowth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution
  • Lead internal investigations into allegations of misconduct, delivering evidence-based recommendations
  • Serve as a consultant to managers on employee relations topics and help de-escalate high-tension conversations
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in Employee Relations
  • Proven track record of managing complex investigations and high-risk performance cases
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including salaried professionals and hourly workers
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies
