Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to manage formal employee relations processes and ensure a fair and compliant employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own formal employee relations matters, including documentation and case closure
  • Lead workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and misconduct
  • Manage the performance improvement plan process and employee accommodation requests
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Strong experience with formal disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
  • Deep knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, and related leave processes
  • Understanding of employment law and best practices for investigations and documentation
  • Experience in a startup or fast-changing environment
