Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist to support managers and employees through performance management and workplace challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to address performance and behavioral issues effectively
- Guide managers in drafting and executing performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Offer support and resources to employees navigating performance processes
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of direct experience in employee relations or performance management
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and Title VII
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive situations professionally
- Experience with employee relations case management systems is a plus
- Experience facilitating or supporting manager training is a plus
