Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist to support managers and employees through performance management and workplace challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to address performance and behavioral issues effectively
  • Guide managers in drafting and executing performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Offer support and resources to employees navigating performance processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of direct experience in employee relations or performance management
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and Title VII
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive situations professionally
  • Experience with employee relations case management systems is a plus
  • Experience facilitating or supporting manager training is a plus
