Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to manage employee relations matters and ensure a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate complex disciplinary conversations while ensuring policy compliance
• Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement and implement process improvements
• Advise on corrective actions and support leaders during disciplinary meetings

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of relevant HR experience focused on employee relations
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
• Experience in a high-growth organization with a non-exempt workforce
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with leaders
• High degree of comfort in navigating complex conflict resolution scenarios
