Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage low level employee relations cases, including workplace accommodations and policy interpretation
  • Triage and assign employee relations and ethics cases through established intake processes
  • Support routine and moderately complex investigations by maintaining accurate documentation and applying ER protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or related HR support roles
  • Experience supporting frontline or operational environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law fundamentals
  • Strong judgment and organizational skills in managing cases and assessing risk
