Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Employee Relations Specialist - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters, including resolving Tier 1 cases and leading Tier 2 investigations
• Partner with managers to address performance and workplace concerns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Assist in ER data tracking, trend analysis, and reporting to foster a positive workplace culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-4 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and compliance
• Proficiency in ER case tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HR Acuity, EQS)
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Experience in a multi-site or operational environment (e.g., retail, logistics, manufacturing) preferred
