Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist in HR Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relations cases using the ServiceNow HR module, ensuring timely documentation
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
- Analyze case data to identify trends and prepare reports for senior leadership on case outcomes and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR, preferably in a shared services model
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow HR case management or similar platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in employment law, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
