Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist in HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases using the ServiceNow HR module, ensuring timely documentation
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
  • Analyze case data to identify trends and prepare reports for senior leadership on case outcomes and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR, preferably in a shared services model
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow HR case management or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment law, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
