Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner to manage complex people matters during a phase of hypergrowth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution
- Lead internal investigations into misconduct allegations, from planning to delivering evidence-based recommendations
- Serve as a consultant to managers on employee relations topics and help de-escalate high-tension conversations
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Employee Relations
- Proven track record of managing complex investigations and high-risk performance cases
- Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including salaried professionals and hourly workers
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to identify trends and insights
