Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Sr Specialist who will manage complex employee relations matters and respond to discrimination charges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage response process to Agency charges of discrimination and conduct investigations
  • Coordinate with Employment Legal on mediation and attorney demand letters
  • Oversee reduction in force processes and maintain documentation in case management systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist
  • HR Certification is preferred
  • Experience in a multi-State environment and knowledge of employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology preferred
