Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Sr Specialist who will manage complex employee relations matters and respond to discrimination charges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage response process to Agency charges of discrimination and conduct investigations
- Coordinate with Employment Legal on mediation and attorney demand letters
- Oversee reduction in force processes and maintain documentation in case management systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist
- HR Certification is preferred
- Experience in a multi-State environment and knowledge of employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology preferred
