Job Summary

Partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders, the full-time Employee Relations Specialist will manage employee relations practices, support the case lifecycle, and enable performance management processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure equitable employee relations practices
  • Support documentation and tracking throughout the employee relations case lifecycle
  • Assist leaders with performance management processes, including coaching and performance reviews
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Performance Management
  • Strong documentation and case management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends for informed decision-making
  • Experience with performance management cycles or employee relations processes
  • Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools
