Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Employee Relations Partner will conduct detailed investigations into employee relations concerns, provide timely communication and reports, and support managers in performance improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations into harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence while adhering to applicable regulations
  • Communicate findings clearly and provide comprehensive reports with supporting documentation
  • Coach managers on performance improvement plans and partner with business leaders on termination recommendations
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 or more years of experience in Employee Relations or as a Human Resource Business Partner
  • Experience conducting investigations on sensitive employee relations issues
  • Knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
  • Human Resources Certification such as SPHR-CP, SPHR-SCP, PHR, or aPHR is preferred
