Job Summary

Seeking a principled and detail-oriented Employee Relations Partner, the full-time remote position will manage complex employee relations cases, lead investigations into misconduct, and ensure fair disciplinary actions while supporting a diverse workforce during a critical phase of hypergrowth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases, ensuring thorough documentation and care
  • Lead internal investigations into allegations of misconduct and deliver evidence-based recommendations
  • Serve as a high-touch consultant to managers on employee relations topics, facilitating resolution of disputes
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in Employee Relations
  • Proven track record of managing complex investigations and high-risk performance cases
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including salaried professionals and hourly workers
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
