Job Summary
Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, the full-time Employee Relations Specialist II will independently manage people relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide coaching to leaders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently lead investigations and formal resolution processes related to employee relations
- Analyze trends in employee concerns and recommend proactive solutions to enhance workplace culture
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and HR partners to ensure alignment with policies and minimize risk
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of related work experience in employee relations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of policy and compliance standards
- Experience in coaching and developing leaders on performance and behavior issues
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
