Job Summary
Managing employee relations functions remotely, the full-time Employee Relations Specialist will conduct workplace investigations, resolve disputes, and guide performance improvement processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations into employee complaints and policy violations
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters and mediate conflicts
- Advise managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
