Job Summary
Supporting the Human Resources department, the full-time Employee Relations Specialist will manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and assist with leave administration, policy review, and performance management in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee-related concerns and ensure consistency in policy application
- Conduct investigations of employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions
- Manage unemployment claims and conduct exit interviews for separating employees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
- Three to five years of employee relations experience
- Preferred HR Certifications (HRCI or SHRM)
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
