Job Summary
Supporting the centralized Employee Relations team, the full-time Employee Relations Specialist will lead moderately complex workplace investigations, provide guidance to managers on performance and conflict resolution, and monitor employee guidance requests in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage workplace investigations, collaborating with HR and legal stakeholders to draft comprehensive reports
- Provide recommendations to managers on performance management, terminations, and policy interpretation
- Monitor employee guidance requests and escalate complex issues to senior ER partners as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of HR-related experience
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with case management systems preferred
- Ability to evaluate facts and communicate findings on sensitive cases effectively
- Experience partnering with HR colleagues and legal teams to implement solutions
