Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting employee relations initiatives, the full-time Regional Team Member Employee Relations Specialist will conduct investigations, manage corrective actions, and provide guidance to HR operations teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns, including harassment and discrimination allegations, and provide recommended actions based on findings
• Monitor the progress of corrective actions resulting from internal investigations and advise on complex employment situations
• Partner with HR Operations to implement action plans from investigation trends and conduct climate assessments to enhance the overall employee experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent years of HR experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 4 years in employee relations and conducting complex investigations
• Working knowledge of US Federal and State Employment laws
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and identify trends
• Proficient in MS Office or Google productivity tools
