Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing hands-on support for employee relations, the part-time Employee Relations Specialist will manage investigations, advise HR partners on best practices, and ensure compliance with workplace policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead quality investigations from intake interviews to recommended corrective actions
• Advise HR Business Partners and HR Generalists on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions
• Create guidelines and training to educate staff on addressing behavioral issues in the workplace

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations within a complex, rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence HR professionals at multiple levels
• WGA union experience and knowledge of labor law is a plus
• Experience in employee relations in EMEA and APAC countries is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and objective demeanor
