Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting HR investigations and labor relations, the full-time Employee Relations Specialist will conduct interviews, draft reports, and collaborate with HR partners in a remote setting for a temporary duration of three months.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with HR investigations in partnership with HR Business Partners
• Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and reported parties
• Draft summary reports and present recommendations to management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Employee Relations and HR investigations
• Preferred 2 years of experience in Labor Relations and Union experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management
• Strong critical thinking and dependability skills
