Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations, Sr. (workplace investigations) professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate employee allegations and complaints of policy violations and prepare investigation reports
  • Counsel employees on various employee relations issues
  • Identify and implement enhancements to employee relations processes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant employee relations experience
  • Subject matter expertise in relevant employment laws
  • Proven workplace investigations skills
  • Experience advising and counseling management on people related matters
  • Ability to exercise discretion and preserve confidentiality
