Job Summary

Providing a Tier 1 point of contact for employees system-wide, the full-time Employee Resource Center Associate will manage inquiries regarding personnel actions, new hire paperwork, and employee benefits while projecting a friendly and professional image in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a daily contact for employees and management, addressing inquiries related to personnel actions and benefits
  • Thoroughly review multiple data points to provide accurate answers to employee concerns
  • Monitor and adjust notes regarding changes in benefits, contracts, pay, and policies
Required qualifications
  • Vocational business training or college coursework; AA degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in a Human Resources department or healthcare administration
  • Experience in service or call center support, with leadership experience considered in lieu of HR experience
  • Familiarity with employee benefits, policies, and union contracts preferred
  • Experience with computer software applications and/or high-volume call centers; healthcare environment experience preferred
