Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and conduct regular check-ins to assess engagement
• Serve as a resource for employees and collaborate with teams to resolve issues impacting satisfaction
• Assist with planning retention initiatives and track engagement data to identify trends

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in employee relations, HR support, or engagement/retention programs
• Experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings is a plus
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with HR systems preferred
