Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in GTM program management, sales enablement, or customer marketing in a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated success in designing and scaling incentive or engagement programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with various teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
