Job Summary
As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, the part-time Employee Service Center Representative will respond to employee and candidate questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and recruitment, while providing administrative support to HR teams both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from employees, former employees, and candidates using telephony and case management systems
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and accurate information
- Collaborate with Employee Service Center Specialists on complex issues and complete routine HR administrative tasks
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
