Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Employee Service Center Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, manage case inquiries, and provide transactional support related to HR data and policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for HR-related questions and requests, guiding employees through Workday navigation and HR policies
  • Resolve employee inquiries by applying standard administrative procedures and maintaining organized records of common solutions
  • Provide support for processing changes to employee data and ensure accuracy and compliance in HR data management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an Associate's degree with two years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma with four years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Workday is preferred
  • Specialized knowledge in HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, and HRIS
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional written and analytical skills
