Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team handling customer complaints and ensure efficient call center operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support contact center management and monitor performance metrics
  • Provide training and support to staff, serve as a point of contact for escalations, and lead process audits
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
  • Four (4) years or more experience in HR operations required
  • Three (3) years or more managerial experience required
  • Experience developing and implementing processes and systems required
