Job Summary
Employee Solutions Specialist, responsible for supporting the Talent & Culture Team through data management and HR processes in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and manage data changes within the HRIS system
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Talent Business Partners on various HR processes
- Participate in special projects and provide support for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage confidential information and data analysis skills
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
