Job Summary

Employee Solutions Specialist, responsible for supporting the Talent & Culture Team through data management and HR processes in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records and manage data changes within the HRIS system
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Talent Business Partners on various HR processes
  • Participate in special projects and provide support for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage confidential information and data analysis skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
