Job Summary

Supporting the Talent & Culture Team, the part-time Employee Solutions Specialist will manage employee records, provide analytical support for HR processes, and assist with data analysis and reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee records and administer data changes within the HRIS system throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Talent Business Partners on cyclical HR processes
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting for various stakeholders in collaboration with the Talent Analytics and Insights Team
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 0-2 years of Human Resources experience or related corporate customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
