Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Success Manager for their Remote Coding Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture a positive working environment, employee satisfaction, and professional growth plans
  • Manage performance evaluation process, including performance evaluation, corrective action plans, time and attendance, discipline, and overall compliance
  • Responsible for onboarding new Coding employees after all HR requirements are met

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and management skills for both positive and negative employee communications
  • RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P certification from AHIMA (preferred)
