Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR/ES business partner experience in technology, product, or engineering organizations
• Demonstrated change management expertise in fast-paced environments
• Strong talent assessment and leadership development capabilities
• High business acumen with a focus on connecting talent strategy to operational outcomes
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
