Job Summary
Owning complex employee cases, the full-time Employee Support Specialist with Gaming License will manage Global Mobility, Immigration, and Benefits Leave Support requests, providing proactive communication and guidance to employees while collaborating with various cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary case owner for Global Mobility, Immigration, and Leave Support requests from intake through resolution
- Guide employees and managers through complex processes, clearly explaining eligibility, timelines, and documentation requirements
- Manage case documentation, service level agreements, and reporting within case management platforms while ensuring accurate records
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Employee Services, Global Mobility, Immigration, or related fields
- Experience managing sensitive, complex employee cases with a focus on confidentiality and service level commitments
- Working knowledge of Global Mobility and Immigration processes, as well as Leave of Absence programs
- Ability to clearly explain complex policies and processes while balancing employee advocacy with compliance requirements
- Experience using HR information systems and case management platforms, such as Workday and JustAsk
